“This hotel's location is definitely its strongest asset, set right in Old Town, allowing convenient access; the building's historical ambiance is quite special too. While breakfast may not fully reach five-star expectations, with some items carrying an extra charge, the exquisite rooms and generally luxurious feel makes up for it. Despite minor drawbacks, its charm and central position make it worthwhile.”

inconsistent experience, some issues found
buzzing noise unresolved issue
The room i booked, a superior double room, had some issues. there was a loud buzzing noise from the wall next to the bed at night. This occurred from 12am-3am. the staff said it was part of the hotel. They then requested the people in that room be quieter, but the noise persisted.

decent experience near city center
spacious suite breakfast options convenient location expensive minibar dated decor reserved staff
My junior suite was quite spacious. i found the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. the hotel's location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the main square.
The minibar prices felt excessive. A bottle of water was surprisingly expensive. i thought the room decor seemed a bit dated. It could use some updating. the staff seemed somewhat reserved. A little more warmth would have been appreciated.

small room inadequate soundproofing
The location is unbeatable (it's really central). I also found the breakfast selection adequate.
I was disappointed by the room I received. I booked a Junior Suite, but the room was nothing special and smaller than I expected. There was also an issue with noise as the soundproofing wasn't great.
